Event QR Code

Configure the event QR Code to promote your event or have attendees connect when arriving at the event or even post-event. 

Depending if you are using teams or not in your event will define how you set up the QR code. See the below 2 figures on how to configure the QR code when using and not using event teams:

1. No teams

1. Click [QR Code]

2. Click [Edit]

3. Populate mandatory fields

4. Team is already set and un-editable

5. Click [Save]

2. Using event teams

1. Click [QR Code]

2. Click [Add]

3. Populate mandatory fields

4. Team to be selected and chosen

5. Click [Save]

IMPORTANT: QR Codes can be copied or scanned by anyone. Ensure that the event content doesn't contain any sensitive or explicit information due to the ability to share or forward the QR Code to others.
