Auto-tagging for Push notifications and Daily e-wsletters

Effective 15 October, 2023 tags are automatically created for myINTERACT alert features - push notifications and daily e-mail newsletters when initiated from SAM so you effectively measure the success of these features.

The following is captured:

1. Push notifications

• Number sent
• Impressions
• Opens

2. Daily e-newsletters

• Number sent
• Opens
• Clicks

The tags are automatically created based on the following naming convention: 

SAM company id; type of alert; date (YYYY/MM/DD); metadata ID

Type of alerts:

1. PN = push notification
2. E = Daily e-newsletter

The tags are automatically created and stored in SAM which you can locate by following these steps:

1. Click on 'my Assets' and select the asset used in the campaign

2. Click on 'Asset Tags'

3. This screen will display a list of Available Tags

In this example based on the naming convention, the tag was created for a push notification on 23rd October 2023.  Please provide this tag to your Account Manager to obtain the performance metrics for your push notification or email.
