Page Level Tracking Reports

Page Level Tracking reports are non-standard reports that Interact can create upon request to your Account Manager at Interact Technology.

Page Level Tracking reports can provide information such as the time spent viewing a specific page. 

Please note that not all asset types can be tracked on the same things and some asset types can track more information than others. 

The below will explain what each asset type can be tracked by only used within the application not the desktop version of myINTERACT:

Page Level tracking information that can be extracted from these types of assets are as below:

• Who opened the asset
• The exact page name that was accessed
• Times a page was opened
• Length of time spent on one page (seconds)
• Length of time spent on one page )days, hours, minutes and seconds)

Audio Library

Page Level tracking information that can be extracted from these types of assets are as below:

• Pause
• Stop
• Track Name
• Times track was opened
• Length of time spent listening to track (seconds)

Audio Reference Library
