Common issues experienced when creating and deploying a completed Smart Deck in to SAM for use are as below as well as how to correct them:
1. Document cannot be displayed:
The above error will be displayed when uploaded into SAM and made available on devices. The above error will display in one of the two reasons:
1. The file-naming conventions are too different to be related in the plist files
2. The "P" in page of the separated pdf files is in capitalÂ
